Ingredients included are: sage, blueberries, rosemary, mugwort, peppermint, chamomile, and star anise.

As each recipe is mixed by hand using all natural ingredients, content weight may vary slightly. Each bag includes approx. .5 - .75 cup worth of dry ingredients.
