Each simmer pot recipe is mixed and filled by hand to ensure every ingredient is included in your jar or bag. I created this mini simmer pot recipe in two variations. One option as a gift (or starter kit for yourself) and one with just the recipe for those who already have their own mini simmer pot.

You'll notice that I don't measure in amount of pots you'll get out of each recipe. I specialize in mini simmer pot recipes. Mini simmer pots are an incredible option for those who have roommates, are in shared spaces, or like myself who just don't like leaving the stove on all day. These recipes will last quite some time - depending on how many scoops you put in your mini pot - or you could get about 2 full size simmer pots out of each bag or jar.

The 'bag only' option includes:

• (1) bag with approx. 1.5 - 1.75 cups worth of dry ingredients
  
• (1) Self-Love Booklet including the symbolism behind each ingredient added, self-love journal prompts, and information on Rose Quartz
• (1) small Rose Quartz heart cabochon (flat on the back) approx. 20mmx20mm in size

The 'mini simmer pot and spoon' option includes:

• (1) glass jar with approx. 1 - 1.25 cups worth of dry ingredients. Glass jar can be cleaned out and used for herb storage or creation of your own simmer pot recipes!
  
• (1) Self-Love Booklet including the symbolism behind each ingredient added, self-love journal prompts, and information on Rose Quartz
• (1) small Rose Quartz heart cabochon (flat on the back) approx. 20mmx20mm in size
• (1) mini simmer pot
• (1) colorful stainless steel tea spoon. Please note that the design of the spoon will vary.

All ingredients are listed in the informational Self-Love Booklet - including the symbolism of each ingredient. Ingredients used to create the recipes include: rose petals, rosemary, ginger, cinnamon, and lime.
